Return Policy

We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your order. We will do our best to make things right.

Damaged and Mislabeled Items

If there are clear errors with the printing of the design, and you wish to return the product,

  1. Contact returns@asianticdesign.com with order information, a brief description of your return, and add quality photos where we can see the issue.
  2. We will send you a return address and other information about your returned order
  3. Send item(s) back through local post office. The items must be received at most 30 days after date of receipt of the product by the customer (as determined by the delivery date).
  4. We will process your return in 1-3 business days after receipt of the package. 

Buyer's Remorse and Size Exchanges

We're sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn't cover buyer's remorse, so we won't be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank your for your understanding.

We also do not cover buyer's remorse in the form of size exchanges, but we do however, include size guides on all the product order pages which you can refer to when ordering the product.

Shipping Policy

We currently only provide Standard Shipping, and are currently working towards providing Express shipping as we are still working with our suppliers to speed things up.
